I was recently sent details about Audley Villages - Luxury retirment living in the picturesque market town of Romsey in Hampshire. It looks stunning.
Truly 5 star luxurious apartments and cottages and all built around Audley Club, which includes an Indoor Pool, Restaurant and Bar, Private gym and if you need, Care is offered as well.
It is set within a 32 acres of beautiful woodlands and is opening in early 2020.
Properties start at £399,950 and a 3 bedroomed apartment - £599,950
and it states - other fees apply.
I'm sure they do as although you buy your own luxury home on this luxury estate for the elderly, the maintenance charges, ground rents, insurance, health club fees and I am sure there are many other hidden costs involved, could add up to a great deal extra every year.
Truly a place for the rich and I have to admit one can only dream about such a stunning venue.
Checking the company out on the internet, they have loads of different places up and down the country and how wonderful. I am thrilled to see companies know where the big bucks are,- the elderly - as clearly many can afford this and I can only dream.
